Award winning Furniture/Product designer Junior Phipps launched his company Conscious Forms with his signature concrete lighting product Lite3 in 2005. The product has received much attention to date, being featured in many national and international lifestyle magazines. Lite3 has also been featured on BBC2's The Apprentice series 2, BBC2 lifestyle show Home and on ITV's 60 Minute Makeover, it has also won and been short listed for a number of prestigious awards.
